Intensely agreeable to look at, by reason of her Irish blue Eyes, golden hair, and flawless complexion, the Marchese Marconi's daughter is endowed with a particularly charming deposition ; unselfishness and a facility forseeing the other person's point of view bring characteristics of her vivid personality.  Donna Degna Marconi, who is a cousin of Lord Inchiquin through her mother, now the Marquise di Montecorona, has legions of friends not only in England, where she mostly lives, but also in Ireland and in Italy.  She plays games with enthusiasm and is especially good at Lawn Tennis.
