The opening Meet takes place annually the day after Ludlow Races, in presence of a good field.  Thisyear the date was the 27th ult., and hounds were started at the bridge (Leintwardine), and  worked up towards Bucknall, and then on to the pools at Stanage Park. Later on progress was made towards Knighten.  Several views of the River Teme, taken at this meet, are given here.

Condition is Very Good.
