At Berlin's somewhat severe looking Town Hall is to take place one of the most interesting functions of King Edward's German visit, for the time-honoured civic banquet is to give place to a nice informal five o'clock tea-party, at which King Edward and Councillors will meet in genial and friendly mood, and the danger of post-prandial speeches will be avoided.  The Rauthaus, situated in Konigstrasse was built forty years ago.  The tower is just over thre hundred feet high, and commands a fine view of the city.
