For Sale is a Full Page removed from "Holly Leaves" the Christmas Number of "The Illustrated Sporting and Dramatic News, 1915." showing a picture in Black and White called "The Old Family Mare," from a painting by William R. Leigh.

The painting tells the story of a real adventure.  Two children, left alone in their Wyoming home while the parents went to a near-by village, were beset by a forest fire and escaped on the old white mare.

Condition is Very Good.
