  a- Miss Gertrude Elliott and Mr. Forbes-Robertson in "Mice and Men."
  b- Miss Wish Wynne and Mr. Henry Ainley in "The Great Adventure."

a- Mr. Forbes-Robertson has included "Mice and Men" in his farewell performances at Drury Lane Theatre, appearing again as Mark Embury to the Peggy, the beautiful foundling, of Miss Gertrude Elliott. b- Miss Wish Wynne is shown as Janet, the low-born, high-souled wife of the famous artist, Ilam Carve, who is represented by Mr. Henry Ainley.  Janet is seen putting straight one of the two neckties which were all that she had received in exchange for one of her husband;s paintings after he had "shammed dead" and left his pictures insigned.  The greatest painter of the age does not feel flattered at getting a pair of neckties for a canvas.
