The Captain, having been deceived as to the identity of the Countess, is shocked at surprising another lady-as he imagines-in the Count's arms, more particularly as he has himself fallen in love, irresistibly if reprehensibly, with the spurious Countess.  The scene really depicts the happy termination of the Count's domestic discords, and paves the way for the Captain's engagement to the lady whom he imagined to be already married.

Condition is Very Good.
