The belated wayfarer, in the neighbourhood of Oxford-circus. may be surprised to come across this lively procession of public entertainers- who are from the Royal Italian Circus, and who, like so many stage performers, are very highly strung- enjoying a walk at that time when the London streets are safest for the travels of a canine host.
