For Sale is a Double Page Drawing removed from "The Sphere, March 18th, 1905," showing "Food for the Russian Soldiers in the Far East - Passing the Putiloff Works of St. Petersburg." (Drawn in St. Petersburg by M. Paul Thiriat.)

This picture shows quite a common sight, namely, a heavy food caravan on its road to the railway for the Far East. What struck our artist most was the peaceable character of the strikers who were hanging about outside the walls of the putiloff works while the soldiers passed along. He says they did not seem to feel that these very soldiers were their executioners only a few weeks before and that they may possibly become so again.

Condition is Very Good, with the small binding holes showing in the middle fold.
