The Duddleston Cup Race in the Fens.- Victory of the Amateur Champion. 1903.

For Sale are Two Pages removed from "The Illustrated Sporting and Dramatic News, January 24th, 1903," showing an Article with the Following Seven Photographs for "The Duddleston Cup Race in the Fens.- Victory of the Amateur Champion."

Amateur Skating at Lingay Fen, near Cambridge- A. E. Tebbit wins the Duddleston Cup.

1- Ready for the Pistol in the Winning Round.  Tebbit, the winner, is on left, and Dix, who fell, on right of picture.
2- F. W. Dix, of Northampton, who, after beating Palmer with the best time of the day, Fell in his race with Tebbit.
3- A. E. Tebbit, of Wentworth, the Amateur Champion, who won the race in 3 min. 27-2/5 sec.
4- H. A. Palmer, of Kettering, who beat F. Hayward, of Cambridge, but succumbed to F. W. Dix.  In the final Palmer and Dix tied for second prize, when Dix had risen from his Fall.
5-The deciding race between Tebbit and Dix.  At half distance and the second turn. Dix, on left, is nearing the Tub, and has slightly the better of Tebbit, who is approaching from the other side.
6- F. W. Dix leading Palmer, of Kettering, at the second turn ; Dix (on left of picture) has rounded the Tub, while Palmer has not.  In this race Dix did the best time of the day, 3min. 23-3/5 sec., and beat Palmer by 80 Yards.
7- Frank Hayward (Cambridge) easily draws away from G. F. Heath, of Birmingham, and finally wins by 160 Yards in 3min. 38- 1/5sec. 

Condition is Very Good.
