   a- Isle of Wight Hunt Meeting.- Selling Steeplechase.  First Lord (C. James up) Falls, Bringing down Lambton and Viola, and Chiseldon wins.
   b- Eastbourne Hunt Point-to-Point Races.- The Light-Weight Race- Colonel Cardwell's Empress Leading over Last Jump, Followed by Colonel Thompson's Esmond, the latter winning Race.
   c- Eastbourne Hunt Point-to-Point Races.- The Heavy-Weight Cup (Presented by Colonel Cardwell, Master of the hunt)- Mr. S. H. Weston's Ivanhoe, who stumbled on Landing at the last Jump, Throwing his Rider, Mr. T. K. Stapley, and Losing by a Length only the Race in which he had led round the Course.
   d- Eastbourne Hunt Point-to-Point Races.- The Farmers' Cup (Presented by Mr. C. Jewel). Mr. E. Hunter wins in good Style on his horse Sam.
