"Come up and play golf on the roof," "Free golf on the roof" advertise several well-known London stores.  This certainly opens up a fresh "Field" for the town golfer, and should prove productive of new and hitherto unplayed hazards.  A new championship roof course from the Royal Exchange to the Houses of Parliament would, our artist feels convinced, arouse interest in the most blase of professionals.
