The night march of the Guards and Volunteers of London, arranged by Major-General Trotter for last Saturday, was executed in very good weather. The total number of troops engaged was 13,959.  The seven columns were marched to various points, with the idea of repelling an enemy supposed to be marching on London. The signalling was, according to General Trotter's report, well done notwithstanding the very disadvantageous circumstances under which it was performed.

Condition is Very Good.
