For Sale is a Full Page taken from "The Sphere, June 17th, 1905," showing "A Russian Standard which Lost its Eagle in Battle with the Japanese." 

This is the Standard of the Czar's Regiment of Sharpshooters, showing how the Eagle which summounts it was shot away. The Russians, unlike ourselves, still carry their colours into battle.
