One hundred and Sixty guests were present at the second State Banquet in St. George's Hall, Windsor, last week. As on the former occasion, there was an imposing display of Gold plate, and all the diners sat at a single long table. The King wore the uniform of Colonel of the Prussian 1st. Dragoon Guards, and the Kaiser wore that of our 1st. (Royal) Dragoons.
