Christmas : A Journey to Giantland. 1903

For Sale are 2 Pages taken from "The Sphere, November 28th, 1903," showing the Following Illustrations Drawn by George Morrow, called Christmas : "A Journey to Giantland."
     1- "It's unlucky to turn back" says your Great grandfathers uncle Michael "But I'll risk it" says he.
     2- As Luck would have it the Giant woke up and there was a fine chase.
     3- But it was Michael the Giant wanted and no one else.
     4- So he caugth him at last in his own house.
     5- And took him home.
     6- And mase him clean his shoes.
     7- And polish his armour.
     8- Then one day he went to fight the Giant of Pig Island, and he took Michael.
     9- It was a great Battle they fought.
    10- And they were both Killed.
    11- So what did your Great grandfather'a uncle do but sail home in one of the Giant's shoes.
    12- Which caused great excitement in the countryside.

Condition is Very Good, with a small Tape repair to the bottom margin on one of the pages.
