Our Latest Royal Visitor, His Majesty King Carlos of Portugal. 1902

For Sale is a Front Page taken from "The Sphere, November 22nd, 1902," showing a Drawing by Maurice Grieffenhagen, called "Our Latest Visitor, King Carlos of Portugal."

The King of Portugal, who arrived at Windsor on Monday on a visit to King Edward, is a distant kinsman of the King, representing the male line of the house of Saxe-Coburg. He was born at Lisbon in 1863 and succeeded his Father in 1889. He was married in 1886 to Princess Marie Amelie of France, who was born at Twickenham.
