The Royal Scottish Corporation celebrated St. Andrew's Night at its own 238th anniversary with a banquet in the Holborn Restaurant on Monday evening. The Earl of Elgin Presided. One of the most picturesque aspects of the banquet was the magnificent piping of Piper-Major Henry Fraser of the Scots Guards.
