For Sale is a Front Page taken from "The Sphere," May 18th, 1907, showing a Drawing by F. Matania of "The Spanish Heir - The King Presenting the Infant to the Ministers." 

The heir to the throne of Spain was born at 12.45 p.m. on May 10. Following the usual historic custom of the country King Alfonso presented the child in a basket held on a salver to the ministers, bishops, foreign diplomats, grandees, and high officials in an adjoining chamber.
