For Sale is a Full Page taken from "The Sphere," February 16th, 1907, showing a picture called "On The Road To The Horse Fair," Painted by Miss Cheviot.

This picture is another example of the remarkable devotion that women have shown for horse subjects. One remembers the famous painting by the late Rosa Bonheur, who dealt with exactly the same subject, while Miss Lucy Kemp-Welch has produced a series of horse studies, to say nothing of the virile contributions by Lady Butler, notably her magnificent tent-pegging picture of the Bengal Lancer.
