For Sale is a Full Page Picture taken from "The Sphere," May 11th, 1901, called "At The Royal Academy Exhibition" showing a picture called "Good-Bye !  Off to Skibbereen" - By Stanhope Forbes, A.R.A."

Mr. Stanhope Alexander Forbes was born (1857) in Dublin, where his father, Mr. Williams Forbes, was managing the Midland Great Western Railway. He lives at Newlyn. His wife, who is a Canadian, is also an artist. Skibbereen is a seaport town of 3,500 inhabitants on the south-east coast of Ireland, twelve miles south-east of Bantry and nearly 200 miles from Newlyn.

Condition is Very Good.
