The children's fancy-dress ball,which is given yearly at the Mansion House, was held on January 10, when a great variety of costumes were seen, military ones being unusually prominent. One little boy appeared as Lord Roberts in Khaki. Nelson, Collingwood, and Wellington, as representative fighters of another day, were also seen.

Condition is Very Good.
